ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES LTD. said it now expects fourth quarter revenue to come in at the high-end of its previous guidance range of approximately $183.0 million to $190.7 million. The current consensus revenue estimate is $188.2 million for the quarter ending December 31, 2014.
