$MCHP - Microchip Technology Narrows Guidance

Microchip Technology Inc. said it now expects third quarter non-GAAP earnings of $0.60 to $0.64 per share on revenue of $518.9 million to $535.3 million. The company's previous guidance was earnings of $0.59 to $0.64 per share on revenue of $508.0 million to $535.3 million and the current consensus earnings estimate is $0.62 per share on revenue of $520.8 million for the quarter ending December 31, 2014.
